Co-founder/IT Specialist

With over 15 years of experience in IT, including several years as in-house support for an independant hearing aid business, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be to find quality IT support. Working within a limited budget of a medium sized practice, I wasn’t able to build the comprehensive infrastructure I knew was necessary for efficiency and compliance. That’s when I founded Sound-IT Services. By taking on more customers while focusing exclusively on the hearing healthcare industry, I’m able to offer tailored, expert IT solutions that truly fit the unique needs of this industry. We don’t try to be everything to everyone; instead, we specialize, ensuring you get the dedicated support and infrastructure you deserve.

This means we understand your unique challenges, workflows, and technology needs better than a typical Managed Service Provider (MSP) that serves a broad range of industries. We speak your language, allowing us to solve business problems as well as technical ones. Plus we are fully scalable, from a small upstart clinic of one or two employees to a growing practice looking to add new locations.

Operating a hearing aid clinic presents a unique set of challenges in the realm of IT. Over the years, I’ve explored nearly every available option, and the experience has been nothing short of a rollercoaster. From trying to manage installing all of the Noah modules myself (resulting in significant time lost) to the stress of troubleshooting issues while patients wait, it’s clear there must be a better solution. Traditional Managed Service providers can certainly automate basic IT functions, but they simply aren’t equipped to provide the necessary support when it comes to audiology specific software such as Noah and manufacturer fitting modules.
