Audiology Support

We know that at the heart of much of what hearing health care professionals do in their day to day revolves around Noah and the different manufacturers fitting modules. Not only have we completed Noah training through HIMSA, but we have built out a unique and efficient system of testing,  installing and verifying updates to modules. Having relationships with the Canadian manufacturers as well as being on their mailing lists means that in most cases, we are able to test module installations and then deploy them within 24 hours of their release.

Automatic “Next Day” Noah Module Updates

We provide automated Noah module updates for all of the major manufacturers that are installed overnight, outside of clinic hours, ensuring your clinician’s computers are fully up-to-date when they come in to work the next morning.

Maintaining Legacy Modules

We understand that some of your patients may still require support for older products which can only be programmed through a manufacturers older Noah module. Or occasionally, a Windows change may require a patch or update to one of these legacy modules. In either case, we are still able to install and support most legacy modules on an as needed basis.

We currently manage the following Noah modules:
    • Audioscan
    • Beltone Solus Max
    • Bernafon Oasis NXT
    • GSI Suite

Customized Solutions for Noah Modules

We have also created customized solutions to handle a variety of tasks related to Noah modules for some of our existing clients, to help keep things running more smoothly. Here are some examples:

    • Monitoring Audibel & NuEar licenses and proactively updating the licenses prior to the expiration date.
    • Creating backups of OTOsuite configuration files, allowing a user to quickly get up and running if their computer is replaced without having to reconfigure OTOsuite from scratch.

If there is a specific Noah module that you need added, or any additional customization requirements, please let us know and we would be happy to find a way to help.

Audioscan VeriFit II Firmware Updates

We provide a variety of options for managing the firmware updates for your VeriFit devices.

For the VeriFit’s that support network connectivity, we can manage the firmware updates remotely.

For the models of VeriFit that do not connect to the network, we offer two options:

    1. We can work with your staff at each clinic to connect a USB drive to a computer for us to configure.  We provide support to walk them through the simple steps to update the firmware.
    2. If required we can mail out a pre-configured USB stick to each of your clinics along with instructions on how to perform the firmware update, along with a pre-paid return envelope for the USB stick to be returned to us (this option will have extra charges to cover the shipping).

Centralizing Noah Databases

Does your practice have an individual Noah database at each of your clinics? We have experience with centralizing Noah databases, storing all of your patient information in one database and making it accessible from all of your clinics.

There are two options available for where your centralized Noah database can be stored. We will work with you to explain both options and provide you all the information for each so you can make an informed decision on which option works for you:

1. Stored on a physical server that resides at one of your locations
2. Stored in the cloud

Regardless of which option you choose, we will ensure the patient information is stored in a secure manner that meets regulatory requirements.
